Samsung BKC will showcase a strong mix of Samsung’s top-of-the-line and latest premium products across categories and its connected multi-device ecosystem. Working in collaboration with Samsung & Cheil Korea and India team, FRDC’s design team along with key Engineering consultants created and helped realising this beautiful yet an ultra engineered store.
Samsung inaugurated its first Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India at Jio World Plaza mall, where the store envisages Samsung as a ‘Lifestyle’ brand and showcases a strong mix of the brand’s top-of-the-line and latest premium products across categories and its connected multi-device ecosystem.
Spread across 8000 sq ft, the experience centre aims to create a platform to build stronger bond between tech users and lifestyle connoisseurs through unique curated experiences and real-life scenarios. Divided into eight unique lifestyle zones, it caters to different passion points, ranging from gaming and entertainment to art and yoga to cooking and laundry management.
FRDC, Bangalore was appointed as Project Design & Architect partner. Working in collaboration with Samsung & Cheil Korea and India team, FRDC’s design team along with key Engineering consultants created and helped realizing this beautiful yet an ultra engineered store. The store sets an example of ‘Extreme’ yet ‘Soft’ and ‘Invisible’ Design Engineering as an example which helped conceiving a truly ‘Lifestyle’ driven ‘Social’ environment which is a ‘connected’ one.
The store design also excels and imbibes upon ‘inclusivity’ and ‘accessibility’ as key principles of its layout and design. Entire store is not only kids safe/friendly but also can be accessed by differently abled and special needs people.
